Houses

From my earliest memories I can trace my fascination with passing by houses. What’s going on inside of them? Who lives there? Have the lives of the owners (past and present) left their traces on the house?

Some houses transmit their emotions blatantly to passersby–they tell of their sorrow or loneliness or joy while others remain quiet and only let their secrets out to the keenest of observers.
